Bad Yoga me in June 2011

I've fallen out of practice (knee surgery, rotator cuff issues from swimming) and am trying to get back. Here is how I look after going to classes twice a week but having no home practice (for a couple of months or so) NOTE: this is NOT how you do the poses, I am making MANY mistakes here!
